The enquiry form
The enquiry form prepares a draft in your email application. The website does not send the form to a database, create a support ticket, or collect a payment. Your entries stay in the page until you choose to open the email draft. They are not saved by the website in browser storage.
When you send an email, your email provider and the receiving email service process it. We use the information in your enquiry to understand your request, reply, and discuss potential support. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or customer records.
Website hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare, which may process connection information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Cookies and third-party content
This site does not install advertising trackers or use analytics cookies. Fonts and page assets are served with the site. Cloudflare may use technical measures to protect its network and the website.
Support work and access
Any access to your WordPress installation, hosting, or customer data is arranged separately as part of an agreed service. Do not use the initial enquiry form to share credentials. Service-specific handling and access arrangements should be agreed before support begins.

For questions about information you have sent us, contact the contact address on our homepage. Include enough detail to identify your enquiry, without sending additional sensitive information.
